Here’s how you can setup a YouTube channel for your villa step by step
Step 1 : Login with Gmail
- Go to www.google.com and sign in with your villas Gmail account
- now go to www.youtube.com and you should see your profile picture on the top right corner of the website
- click on the picture and click “your channel”
Step 2: Customize your Channel
Since this is your villa’s channel, all the branding needs to be aligned.
Head to “basic information”
- Change the channel icon to a good picture of your villa
- Channel art – this needs to be designed in an app like Canva, it’s not that difficult.
- In the center add your villa’s name and then your primary phone no.
- Description – add the basic details and amenities at your villa
- links – add the links to your social handles, website, google reviews, maps location etc
Step 3: Your Channel is ready
Your villas youtube channel is now ready and you need to start posting videos regularly. You can also repurpose the instagram reels and post them here as shorts.
Once you post a video you can also structure the channel page

Here’s how you can upload the first YouTube Video for your Villa!
For Desktop
- Head to www.youtube.com and sign in with your villa’s Gmail account.
- If you’re already signed in to another account, click on the profile icon on the top right side and switch the account.
- Click on the video camera icon in the top bar to access the upload video pop up.
- select the file from your computer and click “upload”.
- Add Details and click on Next
- Title – Add your villa Name and availability and contact info
- Description – Add Name, availability, contact info, amenities
- Thumbnail – Select a good photo of your villa
- No need to change anything with video elements or checks
- Visibility
- Publish – this will post the video instantly
- Schedule – Select a date and time to post the video. Helpful especially when you’re posting content on a schedule.
For Mobile
- Open the YouTube app on your phone and make sure you’re signed in through your villa’s gmail account.
- Click on the “+” Icon, click on upload video and select the video file from your phone
- Edit the video if required
- Add Details and click on Next
- Title – Add your villa Name and availability and contact info
- Description – Add Name, availability, contact info, amenities
- Thumbnail – Select a good photo of your villa
